What is the policy for missed appointment fees?

To avoid a missed appointment fee, we kindly ask our patients to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel your appointment by text, phone call, voicemail, email, or through our 'Contact Us' page. Please refrain from canceling via the patient portal, as your provider may not receive the notice promptly. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, you may avoid the missed appointment fee by rescheduling for another time within the same week, subject to your provider's availability.
