We offer a convenient, contact-free check-in process designed to streamline your visit and reduce wait times.

Prior to your appointment, our team will:
1. Reconcile your account balance
2. Verify your insurance benefits and estimated patient responsibility
3. Complete your check-in in advance so you’re ready for your session

Check-ins are completed the afternoon before your scheduled appointment.
For Saturday and Sunday appointments, check-in will occur on Friday afternoon.

This process helps ensure a smooth, efficient experience and allows your provider to focus fully on your care.
