*Applies to all patrons: Fees associated with Emergency Visits and Appointments scheduled after 5:00p is expected at time of service and is rarely paid by your insurance.

IN-NETWORK SERVICES:

If your provider is in-network with your insurance, fees are based on a contracted rate established between Renewed Journey Counseling and your insurance company.

What to expect at our office:

Fees and co-pays can be paid for using cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The fee for each session will be due prior to the start of the session.

At the time of your appointment, you will be provided an approximation of cost of services, however the actual rate, when using insurance, will not be known until the claims are processed by your insurer.

Each health plan is different. Some plans are deductible/coinsurance plans, while others are copay plans. Your specific plan was selected during your open enrollment period.

HEALTH INSURANCE IMAGE

If you have a deductible: Your health insurance deductible is the amount that you will have to pay annually for your healthcare before the health insurance pays anything.  Your coinsurance goes into effect once you have met your deductible. Co-insurance is similar to a co-pay, although co-insurance generally applies to less routine expenses, and is expressed as a percentage rather than a fixed dollar amount.

If you have a copay:  Your co-pay is the fixed amount you pay for using routine services defined by your plan. If your plan charges a co-pay for certain services, this means you’ll pay much less for these services right away (and long before you hit your deductible).

CareCredit

Renewed Journey accepts CareCredit, a health credit card available as a financing solution for medical costs over $200. Care Credit allows you to manage your medical payments and finance your visit over a 6-month or 12-month option. Care Credit allows you 30 days to pay balances under $200.
