Matthew (Matt) Ottenweller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who completed a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Health at the University of Georgia. Matt has over 10 years of experience and specialized training in working with children, adolescents, and their families.

Matt employs a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches (EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, ARC, etc.) to help clients address trauma and other life changing experiences. His clients comprise of all ages, backgrounds, and challenges. Matt uses his clinical training and talent to treat various disorders that impede in everyday living that helps elevate clients from a place of despair to power. Those challenges include: trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, behavioral and school problems, ADHD, ODD, grief, attachment issues, and family conflict. In his tenure as a LCSW, he has been honored to have been able to walk alongside many clients on their journeys of growth and recovery.
